    It seems to me that someone with this mentality probably doesn't really "get" social media. Yet they have a twitter account.
    I googled the firm name and their website has a link to their facebook and twitter accounts.

    You have got to be kidding me.

    I lost a $400 Sony camera on a recent trip to Mexico. I think it fell out of my carry-on and was left on the plane.

    I blamed myself, not American Airlines.
